Description:
In today's information and technology world, it is more crucial than ever for the Program or Project Coordinators to access strategic and tactical information in order to make the right decisions or to produce accurate and timely program/project reports with the relevant information. The seminar provides the participants with conceptual knowledge, tools and techniques to develop or improve the information systems of their program, project or their organization in order to store, organize and access the information as needed. We use an effective methodology based on the systems development lifecycle model to provide the participants with a strong conceptual and systematic framework. We also focus on the importance of the quality of information and reporting systems.
Objectives:
The objectives of the seminar are to provide the participants with the relevant knowledge to analyze, design, develop and improve the Information Systems of their program, project or organization.
