This seminar covers the complete Project Management lifecycle based on the Project Management Institute methodology (PMI-PMBOK). The seminar focuses on the specific characteristics related to Information Technology (such as software development and integration, managing end-users, managing external goods or service providers, etc.). We also assess the common risks related to these projects and the means to mitigate them. The seminar includes daily presentations on the concepts, project techniques, tools, exercises, and sector-related case studies.
