This seminar covers the definition, implementation, and management of project performance indicators for the purposes of program/project monitoring, control, evaluation, risk management and impact assessment. The seminar provides the participants with the methodology, the conceptual knowledge, and the techniques and tools to develop performance indicators required for the management of their program/project in compliance with the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other international donor standards. Our seminar includes ready to use databases that are customized for the participant's specific project data collection, analysis and reporting. Practical application can either be done on the participant program/project data or on sector-related case studies.

The objectives of the seminar are to develop, increase, and strengthen the participant's knowledge and practice in defining, developing and implementing program/project performance indicators and monitoring and evaluation systems.
