Some organizations are more successful than others because they ensure that all resources share common goals in line with the changing environment. Business processes help to achieve these goals and need to be continuously monitored to ensure that they are aligned with business goals. Certain contexts, such as the privatization of a public organization, require the reevaluation of the business processes to ensure their future profitability and competitiveness. This seminar focuses on the concepts, tools, and techniques necessary to re-engineer business processes in private or public organizations and in the context of privatization. The seminar includes daily presentations, with a strong focus on case studies and on real-life experiences or project data of the participants.
