Seminar PM-81: Executive Project Management

Description: The one week executive training seminar provides the opportunity to professionals to be familiarized with or to strengthen the minimum project management tools and techniques necessary to undertake, kick-off or manage a project. The executive training is based on a lean project management approach that aims to make project management more effective and efficient. Based on the Project Management Institute methodology (PMI-PMBOK), the seminar includes daily presentations on concepts, project techniques, tools, exercises, and case studies adapted to the participant's sectors of activity. Practical applications can either be done on the participant's Program/Project data or on sector-related case studies.
Objectives: The objectives of the seminar are to provide the participants with an effective and efficient project management approach that will allow them to kick-off and manage projects without the necessity of reviewing in depth the project management methodology. This seminar is suitable to private or public sector projects as well as internationally funded projects (World Bank or Asian Development Bank).
