This seminar covers the complete Project Management lifecycle based on the Project Management Institute methodology (PMI-PMBOK). The seminar includes daily presentations on concepts, project techniques, tools, exercises, and case studies adapted to the participant's sectors of activity. Practical applications can either be done on the participant's Program/Project data or on sector-related case studies.

| Objectives: |
The objectives of the seminar are to develop, increase, and strengthen the knowledge of the participants in the project lifecycle by integrating the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other international donors' Project Management specific processes. Each participant will gain solid theoretical and practical knowledge to undertake, manage, monitor and control a project from beginning to end.
